The BBC 2 lunch time programme, Working Lunch, has been in Guernsey to film Manufacturing in action, at Boat Builders Aqua-Star. The programme which has spent all week in the Channel Islands wanted to see different Industries in action and chose Aqua Star as the subject of their investigation.
Involved in the shoot were Geoff Willson, Managing Director of Aqua-star, Lee Smith one of his apprentices and Tony Brassell, Business Development Manager with the Board of Industry and the Island's Film Commissioner.
The programme served as an interesting promotional piece for Industry on Guernsey and of course for the exceptional boats under construction in the yard.
